How long does delivery take? |

Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being received. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post, Fastway or Direct Express delivery times apply - however, you will be able to trace your delivery online during the entire shipment.
The items are sent from Brisbane and we have included a map below to illustrate how many days in total it should take to receive your item once we have dispatched your item. |

You can shop from as many merchants as you like on our site using our shopping cart. Simply add products to your cart and click checkout!

Step 4 - Choose Shipping Methods We use Australia Post, Fastway and Direct Express Freight. For international buyer use different method. Register/Login and place an order first, freight select International. We'll calculate freight cost for you. Then you can login to make payment to us. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be release for shipment.
Step 5 - We got your order ...Fill in the countact from ... You can cheack your order processing in My Account .

How do I make a warranty claim for items which are faulty or damaged? |

We are always sorry to learn of any product problems, but are here to help. The first step is to determine if your product is damaged or faulty.
Damaged items are items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on. We will replace any damaged items within 14 days of shipment at our cost. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage and attaching any digital photos if possible (this helps us to get a better understanding of the damage). | |

Q1. Can I change or cancel my order once Submitted?
Yes, You can change or cancel your order befor order process been finishsh. After this time your order may have been sent to our Dispatch Distribution Centre and it may not be cancelled or changed in any way.
Please DO NOT send us an email to advise of your requested cancellation or change as the order may already be at our Dispatch Distribution Centre by the time someone reads your email.
A quick way to find an item you are looking for is to type a keywork into the Search Box (top of most pages) and click on the Search button.
We have made the ordering process as simple as practical using a two stage process:
Step 1: Browse through our product range, clicking on the Category list on the left of the screen and clicking through to the products that look interesting to you. When you find products you would like to order then click on the "Add To Cart" button for the product. Step 2: When you are done putting products into your cart, click on the Checkout link in the "Shopping Cart" box shown on most pages on the top right or the Checkout button on the right of the top navigation bar. The website will then lead you securely though the process of providing delivery and payment details.
Our stock is managed on a first-come-first-served basis. If stock is no longer available for you to order, yet you have previously placed it in your basket, this likely means that someone else completed the checkout with the stock you have attempted to order.
There are a number of reasons as to why you could not Check-Out, below are some of the more common reasons, please double check the following:
1. Your suburb and post code must correlate
2. Credit Card declining, It may be that the card you are using is temporarily offline. If you have another credit card please try using that. PayPal system accept most of credit cards: Visa, Mastcard, American Express and Discover
Q6. Do I need pay GST?
If your mailing address is within Australia or if you are purchasing from overseas and sending the item to someone within Australia, Please select "Within AUSTRALIA" 10% GST Tax will be added to your order. Oversea order please select "Not in AUSTRALIA" (Tax Free).
All orders can be viewed in your "My Account" section. Simply Sign In (Login) and all your orders will be visible.

How do I read the size of the frames?
We provide measurements for glasses frame on our website in the following formats so that you can choose the frames that are best suited to your face e.g. 40-15-135-291. Lens Diameter (40) is the width across the lens2. Bridge width (15) is the distance across the bridge3. Arm length (135) is the length of the frame's arm from the front of the frame to the temple which secure the frame behind the ears. 4. Lens Depth (29) is the height of the lens
The best, quickest and easiest way of choosing the best fit for you is to note down the measurements of your current pair to give you a guide. Most frames have three measurements on the inside of an arm
The Arm Length and Bridge Width will determine the fit and comfort of the frames. The Lenses Diameter (width) and Depth (height) influence the style of glasses. Hence, these factors are respective to your individual preferences
As a general rule of thumb, people with narrow faces suit narrow frames. These 4 measurements do not need to match exactly, but if they are close to your current glasses, they will result in a similar fit |

Taxes and Standard on goods |

On our website all prices are showing not taxed. Our sunglasses lens comply with Australian Standard (AS/NZS 1067:2003). For Australia customer we sent goods from our Australia warehouse and GST will be added on your order. However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, standard, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country. As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you have to pay import taxes and / or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods. If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes and standard in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax and sunglasses standard situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help. |
